This Dubai exhibitions 2027 and Abu Dhabi calendar covers announced events from January to June, spanning security, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, property and hospitality. We checked official sources on 3 November 2026 and identify the city for every entry so that a Dubai visit is not confused with an Abu Dhabi journey. Audience labels indicate the intended visitor profile; the edition's registration page determines admission, hours and included sessions.
For earlier dates during 2026, see the 2026 exhibitions and conferences guide.

Which cluster suits your purchasing plans?
January: several sectors across two cities
Mid-January combines security, safety, lighting and building technology in Dubai with clean energy in Abu Dhabi. A team with several interests might divide responsibilities, but the overlap alone does not justify visiting both cities in one day. Establish which meetings require your presence, what a colleague can cover and a realistic transfer plan.
Entertainment, dentistry and defence follow. Discussions range from equipment procurement to partnerships or consumer-product discovery. Prepare sector-specific questions: operation and maintenance for machinery, distribution conditions for products and any buyer or participant qualification requirements. A long list of stands without priorities does not replace this preparation.
March to June: follow a connected project need
Spring offers plastics, pharmacy, dermatology, wood, paper, vertical farming, property, travel and utilities. One relevant show may support a purchasing decision better than a broad tour of unrelated sectors. When comparing systems or materials, share core specifications with suppliers who have agreed to communicate and arrange suitable demonstrations.
June's neighbouring interior-design, workplace and hospitality events can support a hotel or office project. Check each show's scope and admission before allocating time between halls, and record budget limits and operating priorities. This turns Dubai exhibitions 2027 into a connected solutions shortlist rather than repeated meetings with suppliers unsuited to the project's current stage.
Distinguish these three exhibition centres
Dubai World Trade Centre: DWTC
Dubai World Trade Centre is on Sheikh Zayed Road and has a World Trade Centre Metro station. Record the hall and entrance with each appointment: arriving at the complex does not mean arriving at a particular stand. Plan the transfer from the Metro station to the hall entrance, allowing time for admission before the first meeting.
Dubai Exhibition Centre: DEC
The Dubai Exhibition Centre venue guide places DEC at Expo City Dubai in Dubai South, with access through Expo 2020 station on the Red Line. It is not the central DWTC location. Open the address on the invitation or confirmation before choosing a hotel or meeting point, particularly where an event moves between venues across editions.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
For ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, match the hall and entrance with your registration and arrange a car or taxi from your accommodation. If combining emirates, separate meeting time from road travel and compare staying near the main event with repeated transfers. Check the estimated journey for your starting point, actual route, traffic and required entrance.
The table also includes Festival Arena in Dubai Festival City. Keep the full name and location link in the team's diary. “Dubai” or “exhibition” in an invitation is not enough to identify the destination, especially when booking transport or meeting a guest travelling from another venue.
Registration and passes: what does the visit cover?
Follow the organiser's link and distinguish registering interest from visitor acceptance and badge issue. A professional exhibition may request company information, job title or evidence of sector relevance. Where a conference accompanies the show, establish whether sessions and workshops are included or require another pass. Registration availability alone does not confirm a place in a specific session.
Free admission, when advertised, does not remove registration or entry conditions. Review age policies, visitor categories and public-access periods where relevant. Retain confirmations and requested documents, and avoid unverified sellers of badges or attendee lists. The exhibition-scam checklist helps assess channels before payment or disclosure of information.
Ramadan, Eid al-Adha and meeting plans
For preliminary regional planning, the Umm al-Qura calendar places Ramadan 1448 between 8 February and 8 March 2027, and the first day of Eid al-Adha on 16 May 2027; official UAE announcements determine local observance. Check both exhibition hours and the availability of companies you intend to visit. Do not transfer a previous edition's timetable to a new date or assume all offices follow the same working pattern.
Confirm external meetings, times and locations with the people involved before travelling. Where entry permission or activity authorisation is needed, begin with the competent government authority and your nationality and actual purpose. Events Checker does not issue visas, invitations or exhibition tickets. Use it to discover suitable events, then complete the required procedure with the responsible organisation.
