This Riyadh exhibitions 2027 calendar covers announced dates from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027. Use it to plan a business visit around a clear purpose: meeting suppliers, comparing solutions or assessing an exhibiting opportunity. We checked organiser pages on 3 November 2026. Exhibitions are ordered by start date, with conferences in a separate table. Audience labels describe the intended visitor profile; actual admission conditions are set by each registration page.
For earlier dates during 2026, see the 2026 exhibitions and conferences guide.
In short
- The period opens with hospitality, chocolate and textile exhibitions in December 2026, followed by automotive aftermarket activity in January 2027.
- June has the most exhibition starts in this table, including several clusters at the same venue.
- RICEC and Riyadh Front are different locations; establish the venue before choosing accommodation.
- Professional conferences are listed separately because an exhibition badge does not necessarily cover conference sessions.
- Account for Ramadan and Eid al-Adha in travel and meeting plans, then confirm working arrangements with your contacts.
- Obtain registration or tickets from the organiser; Events Checker helps you discover relevant events.

Which period fits your sector?
Hospitality, manufacturing and automotive
December provides opportunities to compare restaurant and kitchen equipment alongside chocolate and pastry products. The textile event at The Arena serves a different manufacturing chain. Do not combine visits simply because their dates match. Identify the products or machinery you need and the companies likely to address that requirement before assigning the team's time.
January suits an automotive aftermarket focus. March and April then offer fisheries, electric vehicles, plastics, printing and packaging. Useful comparisons begin with defined specifications: production capacity, after-sales service, operating requirements and supply into your market. Use a consistent supplier scorecard so that the visit produces comparable information rather than an unmanageable collection of catalogues.
Construction, facilities and technology
May covers construction machinery, building supply chains and coatings. June extends into entertainment, equipment, museums, packaging, transport, infrastructure, smart cities and sports facilities. Choose a specific project need: building a facility, operating it or upgrading its systems. You can then divide responsibilities between procurement, operations and technical colleagues instead of sending everyone to identical meetings.
To make good use of overlapping Riyadh exhibitions 2027, allow time for entry procedures and notes between appointments. A specialist tools fair may be more useful to your procurement brief than a larger event in an adjacent sector. Compare the exhibitor list with your purchasing budget and authority, and establish who will make decisions after the trip.
Arrival: RICEC or Riyadh Front?
Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center is on King Abdullah Road. The organiser's venue and directions page identifies Riyadh Exhibition station on the Metro's Red Line. Check the edition's entrance gate and the final route to the hall, and distinguish visitor opening hours from access granted for preparation.
Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center is in the city's north-east, near the airport road. Choose accommodation around your main venue and external appointments, and review the edition's arrival and parking instructions. The Metro station described for RICEC is not a substitute for planning access to Riyadh Front. Assess each transfer separately and allow for traffic.
The calendar also includes The Arena, Riyadh Marriott Hotel and King Abdulaziz International Conference Center. Keep the venue's Arabic and English names and location link in meeting invitations. If combining a conference with an exhibition, assess the distance first. “The exhibition centre” alone is too imprecise for a driver or colleague coordinating a meeting.
Ramadan and Eid al-Adha: organise meetings accordingly
The official Umm al-Qura calendar places Ramadan 1448 between 8 February and 8 March 2027, and 10 Dhu al-Hijjah, the first day of Eid al-Adha, on 16 May 2027. These calendar dates support planning; official moon-sighting announcements remain the reference for observance.
Agree external meetings and visiting hours directly with companies, especially if travel extends into Ramadan or around Eid. Do not assume working patterns remain constant throughout the year. May exhibitors should also ask about loading, installation and supplier availability: service schedules can differ from the days when an exhibition opens to visitors.
Turn the calendar into an actionable visit
Choose the main event and identify 3 useful outcomes, such as a qualified supplier shortlist, a technical comparison or meetings with prospective partners. These are suggested planning objectives, not promised exhibition results. Review the exhibitor directory and floorplan, then request appointments through channels provided by the organiser or the companies themselves.
Reserve time at the end of each day to record what you learnt, who you met and the agreed action and date. If exhibiting, review your participation budget before accepting a proposal, then check stand types and construction approvals. Base the trip on the quality of relevant opportunities rather than the number of shows you can briefly visit.
