Dates still ahead in 2026
- Cairo ICT — technology: the organizer announces 7–10 November 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. Use Cairo ICT’s official website to check the programme and visitor registration.
- Cairo WoodShow — wood and woodworking machinery: the organizer announces 26–29 November 2026 at the Cairo International Convention Centre. Its programme covers materials, machinery, tools and coatings. See Cairo WoodShow’s official website.

These are announced dates. Recheck them, along with venues and access conditions, before committing to flights, hotels or supplier appointments.
An earlier energy event
The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers listed the Egypt Energy Show, EGYPES, for 30 March–1 April 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. Those dates are past. Its industry-association listing records that edition’s schedule; check with the organizer for any next edition.
Choose a visit by the work you need to do
- Technology buyer: list systems to evaluate, required integrations and colleagues who should join a demonstration.
- Food importer or distributor: prepare questions on product specifications, minimum orders, samples and delivery terms.
- Wood or machinery buyer: take measurements, material requirements and machine compatibility questions.
- Energy professional: distinguish an exhibition-floor visit from conference access when reading registration options for any next edition.
Confirm that the suppliers or speakers you want to meet appear on the organizer’s latest list.
Check the venue and pass
The selected events use different venues. Copy the exact venue and entrance instructions from the organizer instead of treating “Cairo” as a sufficient destination. Confirm opening hours, pass category and whether intended sessions require separate registration.
For international travel, check entry requirements for your nationality and itinerary. Arrange entry permission separately from event registration. Leave enough buffer time for meetings and local transport.
Keep a working visit plan
- Set a visit objective and shortlist relevant exhibitors.
- Request appointments through the organizer’s published channels.
- Record the confirmed date, venue, pass and cancellation terms.
- Write down what each meeting must resolve and the agreed follow-up.
