January: choose an exhibition with a defined purpose
The month covers different production chains. Plastics and coatings serve manufacturers, suppliers and technical teams, while agriculture connects with machinery, inputs and farm operations. Start with your requirements, then identify exhibitors offering the relevant products or services. A focused professional visit may need more preparation than an open day of browsing because it depends on meeting particular people.
For the book fair listed in the table, use the Arab book-fair guide to plan your visit.
Spring and early summer: organise around the project
Energy, water and manufacturing
The sequence of energy, solar, storage and water events can support a team upgrading a facility or improving its efficiency. Each exhibition nevertheless covers a different part of the decision. Define the technical need and whether it calls for a product, system design or implementation partner. Ask about operating requirements, after-sales support and local capabilities rather than comparing quotations with different supply scopes as if they were equivalent.
Beauty and café or restaurant equipment provide other routes for distributors and business owners. Prepare questions on order volumes, training, maintenance and equipment needed to use the product. If samples or demonstrations matter, arrange them with the exhibitor before arrival rather than assuming every product can be tested at any time.
Construction, design and facility equipment
May and June provide opportunities to compare windows, doors, façades, air conditioning, refrigeration, design and building materials. When selecting Cairo exhibitions 2027, connect each visit to the project's stage: design, specification approval, purchasing or operation. Related solutions across several shows do not mean that the team needs to attend all of them. Choose the event that helps resolve the next decision.
Divide tasks between technical and purchasing colleagues, then consolidate findings into one comparison. Record specification, quantity, lead time, support and outstanding questions instead of judging by price alone. Prospective exhibitors can use the participation budget guide to account for services, preparation and travel before committing to floor space.
Reach EIEC and CICC without confusing them
Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo
The Design Show organiser's venue page confirms EIEC's New Cairo location. Send the full name and the edition's entrance link to the driver or travel coordinator, and check the hall number on the registration confirmation. “The fairgrounds” is too imprecise and may point someone towards a different Greater Cairo location.
From central Cairo, plan a journey ending at the event's specified entrance and review the estimated travel time before leaving. Allow for admission procedures and the walk to the stand, with a clear team meeting point. For the return trip, agree a collection location away from loading activity, especially if departure coincides with large visitor flows.
Cairo International Convention Center in Nasr City
The AGRI EXPO organiser names Cairo International Convention Center in Nasr City as its edition's venue. It is separate from EIEC in New Cairo. Match CICC and the Arabic venue name with the visit confirmation, and ask for the exhibition entrance rather than using the organiser's office address or another event's location.
Do not carry over shuttle routes, transport prices or parking arrangements from a previous edition. An organiser may announce access services, but these belong to a specific edition and its conditions. Contact the organiser beforehand if you need mobility assistance or an accessible entrance, explaining the practical requirement so that the correct gate and arrival arrangements can be selected.
Cairo International Exhibition Center: EECA
PETZOO Africa’s official page specifies the EECA exhibition centre on El-Nasr Road in Nasr City. Read the complete venue name and gate on your confirmation, and distinguish this location from Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo when booking transfers.
Ramadan and Eid al-Adha: coordinate company appointments
The Umm al-Qura calendar places Ramadan 1448 between 8 February and 8 March 2027, and the first day of Eid al-Adha on 16 May 2027, as an initial regional planning reference. Official Egyptian announcements determine local observance. Check the closing dates of January editions and any organiser update before fixing travel.
Agree factory, office or warehouse appointments separately from exhibition hours. A technical team's availability may differ from management or goods-receiving hours. Send a brief naming the company, objective, participants and location, and seek a clear confirmation rather than leaving the visit dependent on a telephone call upon arrival.
Registration, daily planning and follow-up
Begin with the organiser's link and establish whether the event targets professionals or the public and what the pass covers. Exhibition admission does not automatically secure every session or buyer programme. Keep confirmation and official contact details, and check photography, child-access or sample-carrying rules where relevant to the visit.
Make the day's priorities achievable: confirmed meetings, a comparison round and time to record findings. This is a suggested planning method, not an organiser-imposed schedule. After each conversation, record the agreed action, owner and timing. Do not postpone noting supplier differences until the end of the trip. Events Checker supports discovery; the organiser handles registration, tickets and attendance conditions.
