Separate sourcing from professional learning
Write the outcome first: supplier shortlist, distributor evaluation, technical comparison or learning objective. Read the programme and pass descriptions separately. Check which exhibition areas, conference sessions, meeting services and professional credits each registration option includes.
For exhibitors identify the buyer roles and evidence they will request. For visitors plan a route around relevant suppliers and sessions. Avoid spending the whole visit collecting brochures without a defined comparison.
Use current names and editions in Dubai
Arab Health was renamed World Health Expo Dubai, or WHX Dubai, as reported in the January 2025 rebrand announcement. The official WHX page advertises 25–28 January 2027 across Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City and Dubai World Trade Centre. Use the venue assigned to your programme for accommodation and travel.
The official laboratory page explains that Medlab Middle East became WHX Labs and that its laboratory offering is to join WHX through a dedicated Labs Zone from 2027. Plan laboratory visits through the WHX site and its current registration options.
For dentistry AEEDC Dubai identifies its dental exhibition and conference, advertising 19–21 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre. Confirm the registration option relevant to your visit.
Compare selected markets by specialty
- Saudi Arabia: Global Health Exhibition advertises 26–29 October 2026 at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, with healthcare, digital and professional programme options.
- Egypt: Pharmaconex lists manufacturing categories including pharmaceutical ingredients, machinery, packaging and cleanrooms. Its current page advertises 6–8 September 2027 at Egypt International Exhibition Center.
- Turkey: Expomed Eurasia lists medical devices, laboratory technologies, hospital equipment, consumables and rehabilitation. It advertises 15–18 April 2027 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul.

Prepare a comparable supplier assessment
- List intended use, specifications and supplier questions.
- Request documents for the exact model and verify claimed approvals with the relevant authority.

- Ask about delivery assumptions and total cost scope, not only the demonstration price.
- Record who reviews documents and what must be clarified before buying.
Use demonstrations to identify questions, then complete independent technical or clinical evaluation. Keep procurement and regulatory checks with your responsible specialists.
Keep a useful record after visiting
Group notes by the decision they support, attaching specifications, quotations and next actions. For education record the session attended and learning you intend to apply; verify any credit separately with the stated accreditor.
